Product Development
We offer comprehensive assistance to meet all customisation needs of garments, including prints, embroidery and hand appliqués, in which we are true experts. Our team works closely with customers to turn their ideas into reality, ensuring a final product that exactly reflects their expectations.
Design Studio
Our pattern department is staffed by experienced pattern-makers who take care of the development of prototypes from both sketches and reference models. We use CAD and digital systems to create and perfect models. After finalising the prototypes, we proceed with the development and placement for production.
Materials Sourcing
Our company works with cutting-edge suppliers to ensure the use of the finest and most innovative fabrics and accessories. We ensure that the materials used are of the highest quality and in line with the latest trends.
Cutting Department
Our cutting department is staffed by experienced employees who use both automatic and manual cutting, depending on the specific requirements of the project. We use CAD systems to study placements, optimising fabric consumption and ensuring an efficient and precise cutting process.
Packaging Department
Our sewing department is staffed by highly qualified prototypists capable of sewing all types of patterns. We support the pattern department in the realisation of techniques and prototypes, and are dedicated to the production of sample and fashion show garments, always guaranteeing a high quality of craftsmanship.
Testing and Ironing
In-house, each production garment is carefully ironed and measured to ensure the highest quality. In-house testing allows us to check every detail and ensure that garments meet the required standards before they are shipped.
Quality Control
Prior to each shipment, our in-house employees carry out a rigorous quality check, assessing the conformity of the garments in terms of both packaging and measurements. Only after thorough testing are the garments approved for shipment, thus ensuring that each customer receives perfect products.
Logistics
The garments are packed and labelled according to specific customer requirements, ready for final delivery. We also handle direct shipments to shops, ensuring that each order arrives on time and in impeccable condition.
